Conversion of a commercial space into two residential units, located in Vilanova i la Geltrú, just 200 meters from the sea. A small-scale project with a creative approach designed to maximize its residential appeal.
The Canaries Project involved transforming a former ground-floor commercial space into two contemporary residences —a challenge that required creative solutions in layout, lighting, and design to create a desirable residential product within a space with inherent limitations.
The location near the sea and the design tailored to a coastal lifestyle made it possible to create a highly competitive product in the market. The response was immediate: both units sold upon completion of the project, validating the repositioning strategy and the project’s ability to capture demand in a very specific segment.
