A beachfront residential development with 18 units, located on the Vilanova i la Geltrú boardwalk, south of Barcelona and just a few minutes from Sitges. In one of the region’s fastest-growing cities, the project stands out for its design—which blends traditional and modern architecture—and for establishing a premium beachfront property.
The project originated with the independent acquisition of two plots from different owners, a transaction that made it possible to combine the lots, optimize the development potential, and create value through the very structure of the project itself. The resulting design respects the traditional aesthetics of the waterfront, reinterpreting them through contemporary standards of quality and efficiency.
The project was financed through a developer loan, ensuring an efficient financial structure and smooth execution. Thanks to its prime location and a marketing strategy focused on international buyers —unusual in Vilanova at the time—the project succeeded in selling some of the most expensive units in the city, validating both the product offering and the development’s positioning.
Paseo Marítimo I established itself as a key project in the evolution of the Vilanova i la Geltrú waterfront and in opening the local market to a more global buyer base.
