Complete conversion of a former office building into a modern residential complex, optimized for layout, lighting, and efficiency. Its location in the heart of Vilanova allows for the utilization of an underutilized asset and its adaptation to current market needs.

Unlike other developments, the project did not use developer financing; instead, a financial structure based on supplier financing was chosen, allowing for optimized returns and a more flexible capital structure. The project involved a complete renovation of the property—structure, systems, and aesthetics—preserving its original identity while redefining its use and value.
